It can achieve cold start at an input voltage of 400mV and an input power of 10µW, greatly reducing the start-up energy consumption and being suitable for energy-sensitive application scenarios.
The MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) can be configured as 70%, 75%, 85%, or 90% through pins, and the open-circuit voltage of MPPT is detected every 5 seconds. After starting, the input voltage range is 150mV to 5V, ensuring that the system always operates at high efficiency and improving energy harvesting efficiency.
It supports a maximum load current of 80mA, and the output voltage is selectable and adjustable from 1.8V to 4.2V. The switch control is carried out through pins, making it convenient for users to adjust the power output according to the actual load requirements.
It can configure overcharge and overdischarge protection parameters for rechargeable batteries or supercapacitors and promptly indicate the battery depletion and LOO availability status, ensuring the safety and stability of energy storage and supply.
When the energy storage battery is depleted, it automatically switches to the primary battery; when the energy storage battery recovers, it automatically switches back to the energy storage battery, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the device and avoiding device downtime due to battery problems.
